Important message from Tenant Indemnity Services Limited, to users of The Student Bond.
It is with sincere regret that we have decided to suspend The Student Bond facilities, with immediate effect.
All Student Bonds that are in existence and any that have recently been set up will be honoured, provided that the premiums have been paid and this termination only relates to new business, not yet written. Any claims pending and any claims that may be lodged in the future will be settled promptly, in accordance with our Terms.
We have very much enjoyed working with the landlords and letting agents that have regularly used The Student Bond over the past years and it is with reluctance that we have taken the decision to focus our future activity on other aspects of our overall business.
